Abstract
We report a 35-year-old pregnant woman with progressive subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma (SPTCL). During pregnancy chemotherapy with cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone (CHOP) stabilized the disease for 4 months before new manifestations appeared. After delivery of a healthy girl, myeloablative radiochemotherapy followed by autologous stem cell transplantation could be performed leading to complete remission.Entities:
