Abstract
We describe the synthesis of some new derivatives of benzo(4, 5)cyclohepta(1, 2-b)thiophene which inhibit ovulation and the secretion of luteinizing hormone (LH) in the rat. We also describe the relationship between the structure and activity of these compounds.Entities:
