Abstract
We present a case of haemangioma of the mandible in a 46-year-old woman. The radiological appearance was of a unilocular radiolucency that looked similar to other more common lesions of the mandible. This case shows that a potentially life-threatening haemangioma can present as an apparently benign cyst-like unilocular radiolucency, and highlights the need to include haemangioma in many differential diagnoses, and the importance of taking all radiological features into account.Entities:
