Abstract
Pancreatic divisum is the most common congenital anomaly of the pancreas but its association with choledochal cyst is extremely rare. We describe here a case of pancreatic divisum with choledochal cyst with a stone which was successfully treated at surgery. The common congenital pancreaticobiliary abnormalities are briefly discussed.Entities:
