Antenatal identification of women at high risk of spontaneous pre-term birth.

J Fedrick.

Abstract

A means of assessing the risk of a spontaneous pre-term birth in any individual woman presenting at the antenatal clinic is described. A composite score can be obtained by the multiplication of relative risks for various factors. The effectiveness of the method is discussed.
