Abstract
This paper reports a further eighty cases of subcutaneous phycomycosis infection in Uganda seen between 1967 and 1974. This brings the number of reported cases from this country to over 140 and indicates an unusual frequency. The infection is more common in certain northern areas but does not appear to be confined to one ecological area. Suggestions are made as to possible factors in the initiation of this unusual infection.Entities:
