Abstract
A case of Bueger's disease causing ischemic colitis with perforation in a 32-year-old male is presented. Abdominal angiography demonstrated occlusion of the vasculature supplying the involved transverse colon. The association of Buerger's disease with ischemic colitis is emphasized.Entities:
