A right-sided renal carcinoma uniquely presenting as a mass in the spermatic cord.

Abstract

Renal cell carcinoma presenting as a mass in the left testis or spermatic cord has previously been described with retrograde venous spread along the gonadal artery as the suggested mechanism. However a right-sided presenting lesion has not been described and suggests an alternative method of spread. Copyright 2003 S. Karger AG, Basel
