Hydrocelectomy. Evaluation of technique.

Abstract

A quick, simple, safe, and efficient means of hydrocelectomy is presented. The technique consists of extruding and fixing the testicle into a scrotal pouch. Twenty hydroceles were repaired without complication or recurrence.
