Abstract
A case of fourth ventricular epidermoid is presented. The initial diagnosis was considered to be multiple sclerosis. Computerized axial tomography demonstrated the lesion without enhancement. Since fourth ventricular epidermoids may present in a variety of ways, the value of computerized tomography is emphasized.Entities:
