Abstract
Infiltrating syringomatous adenoma of the breast is classified as a benign, locally invasive neoplasm. To our knowledge, there have been no reported cases of metastasizing syringomatous adenomas. We used sentinel lymph node mapping to identify metastatic cells, leading to a diagnosis of infiltrating syringomatous adenoma of the breast.Entities:
