Abstract
The double-breasted repair of the posterior leaflet of the mitral valve is an alternative technique for correction of mitral regurgitation in selected patients. This new technique has the advantage of avoiding distortion of the posterior annulus and simplifies the repair, especially in complex posterior leaflet prolapse.Entities:
