Abstract
A 32-year-old man with a 12-year history of Crohn's disease of the colon was found to have a 5-cm cecal mass on colonoscopy. Histology examination of the lesion revealed high-grade B-cell lymphoma of Burkitt's type. He was treated with chemotherapy and has done well in the past 12 months. Review of the literature reveals 30 cases of lymphoma in patients with a history of Crohn's disease.Entities:
