[Usefulness of ultrasonographic renal resistive index in monitoring efficacy of hypotensive in haemodialysed patients--case report].

On the basis of a 29-year-old haemodialysed male patient with poorly controlled hypertension refractory to multidrug hypotensive therapy, we present the usefulness of ultrasonographic evaluation of the renal resistive index in the monitoring of hypotensive therapy efficacy.
