Abstract
A patient with multicentric biliary papillomatosis associated with invasive adenocarcinoma of the bile duct is reported. This case documents the progression to malignancy of a lesion generally thought to be benign. It serves to alert clinicians to a rare but important cause of recurrent biliary obstruction.
