Abstract
A case of a 40-year old man who underwent surgical extirpation of a solitary intraparenchymal pulmonary plasmacytoma is reported. To our knowledge, this is the first reported case associated with the production of an M-protien. The production of protein fell dramatically following removal of the tumor.Entities:
