Abstract
The present study reports that the metabolic clearance rate of dehydroisoandrosterone sulfate (MCRDS) is decreased by thiazide diuretics during normal and future pre-eclamptic pregnancies. This observation supports the thesis that diuretics represent a potential hazard to the fetus by decreasing placental perfusion.Entities:
