Abstract
The measurement of diphenoxylic acid, the major metabolite of diphenoxylate, has been performed in man using a deuterium labelled internal standard and multiple ion monitoring using a gas chromatograph mass spectrometer. The determination of plasma concentrations following administration of diphenoxylate to man is described.Entities:
