Abstract
In the present thesis, suitable medium for callus inducement and growth of Altingia chingii were studied by mono-factorial and uniform design. The experiments showed that the callus inducement rate of the leaf was higher than that of the stem. The basic medium for callus inducement was MS, and the best medium for callus growth was MS + 6-BA 2 mg/L + NAA 1 mg/L + Suc 3%. Culturing in darkness was much more favorable to callus growth.Entities:
