Duplication of pouch colon associated with duplication of the lower genitourinary tract.

The authors report on a baby with imperforate anus associated with duplication of descending colon, double pouch colon type IV, duplication of the urinary bladder, and a bifid penis. The interesting presentation of this problem and its management is discussed with a brief review of the probable embryologic basis for such an anomaly.
