Abstract
Intralenticular hemorrhage is a rare complication of glaucoma surgery. In a 45-year-old man, the intralenticular blood caused loss of the red reflex from the fundus postoperatively. Clinically, hemorrhage into the lens has usually been misdiagnosed initially as a hyphema.Entities:
