Abstract
Congenital sacro-coccygeal teratomas are rare tumors and may cause dystocia. The case presented was managed unusually by incisional drainage of the tumor through the vagina in a course of an obstructed labor, though the vaginal delivery resulted in the birth of a live, healthy infant.Entities:
