Abstract
While techniques to arthroscopically fix a large fragment (3 cm or more in width) of an avulsion fracture of the posterior cruciate ligament with multiple cannulated screws have been described, those for a smaller fragment (1.5 cm or less in width) have not been well documented. We present 2 techniques to arthroscopically manage the small fragment with a single cannulated screw or with sutures and a pullout button. The technique makes it possible to achieve bony union by 4 months following surgery and to allow early and easy screw removal leading to a more complete union.Entities:
