Abstract
The occurrence of a large pharyngeal rhabdomyoma in an otherwise healthy adult male is discussed in this paper. This lesion, except for local symptomatology, is established as benign. A differential diagnosis, as well as the specific surgical approach to its removal, are also presented.Entities:
