Abstract
Granular parakeratosis is a recently recognized disorder of keratinization that is confined to intertriginous body sites. The histological features are distinctive. Aetiology is unclear at present but factors such as friction, perspiration and chemical irritation may be relevant. We describe three cases of granular parakeratosis that were notable for their rapid response to potent topical corticosteroids.Entities:
