Abstract
We report on the occurrence of galactorrhea and amenorrhea associated with prolactin elevation after 6 months of treatment with risperidone. The symptoms dramatically resolved with discontinuation of the drug. We discuss the possible mechanisms and clinical sequelae of elevated prolactin levels.Entities:
