Abstract
Fractures of the medial clavicle are rare, and most usually displace anterior or superior. Due to the structures in the mediastinum, accurate diagnosis of posterior fractures or dislocations is vital, but diagnosis can be difficult and delayed. Duplex ultrasound and three-dimensional computed tomography can be helpful in making the diagnosis.Entities:
