Abstract
Stapled hemorrhoidectomy is considered to be safe and carries advantages. We describe a patient with rectal perforation and fecal peritonitis after stapled hemorrhoidectomy. We suggest that it should be performed by experienced colorectal surgeons who are familiar with the technique and aware of possible complications.Entities:
