Abstract
Necrotizing myopathy is a rare syndrome associated with several causes, including non-small-cell lung carcinoma. The authors present a case of this infrequently occurring disease, describe an unusual scintigraphic pattern, and show tracer uptake localized in soft tissues rather than the skeleton.Entities:
