Abstract
We present a case of a 38-year-old woman with intravenous leiomyomatosis originating from the uterus involving the right ventricle, right atrium, inferior vena cava, and iliac veins. Tumors in the heart and the inferior vena cava were removed using cardiopulmonary bypass and circulatory arrest; 10 days after the cardiac operation, hysteroadnexectomy was performed.Entities:
