Abstract
This review describes the characteristics of some rare severe primary headache syndromes without any structural lesions, which are summarized as the trigemino-autonomic headaches. Pain in these syndromes is associated with autonomic symptoms such as conjunctival injection, lacrimation, rhinorrhoe, ptosis or eyelid edema. This article summarizes the diagnostics, epidemiology and therapy of these conditions.Entities:
