[Isolation and identification of a noval polyphenolic compound from Phyllanthus urinaria L].

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the chemical constituents of Phyllanthus urinaria.
METHOD: Various chromatographic techniques were employed for isolation and purification. The structures were elucidated by spectral analyses. RESULT AND
CONCLUSION: A novel polyphenolic compound was isolated and named phyllanthusin F.
