Abstract
Splenosis is heterotopic autotransplantation and seeding of splenic tissue. In the literature, only a few cases of splenosis involving the liver and the radiologic characteristics of these lesions have been reported. We report a case of intrahepatic splenosis diagnosed by ultrasound, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging and scintigraphic features. To our knowledge, our patient is the first case diagnosed only by radiologic and radionuclide examination without any intervention.Entities:
