Abstract
In order to investigate the changes of molybdenum (Mo), zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), manganese (Mn) and seleniumin (Se) level in serum of tuberculosis patients, the concentrations of Mo, Zn, Cu, Mn and Zn in serum of 30 tuberculosis patients and 30 health controls were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spetrometry. The results showed that compared with the control group, the levels of Mo, Zn, Cu, and Se in the serum of tuberculosis patients decreased significantly (P < 0.001), but the change of Mn was insignificant (P > 0.05).Entities:
