Abstract
This report describes an unusual case of bidirectional tachycardia eliminated with radiofrequency ablation. The tachycardia had alternating right and left bundle branch block morphology on a beat-to-beat basis and was successfully eliminated by ablating the right and left bundle branch block ventricular ectopic beats present during sinus rhythm.Entities:
