[Psychopathological aspects of pain syndrome in somatoform disorders].

Basing on the data on patients in situation of somatogenic vital threat, essential psychogenic grounds of chronic pain syndrome are shown which negatively affects psychogenic adaptation and rehabilitation, deteriorates quality of life. Addition of antidepressants in routine therapy of somatic patients improves psychic status of patients, reduces pain syndrome, raises effectiveness of rehabilitation.
