Abstract
Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP) is an acquired, immune-mediated demyelinating neuropathy. It is the most common treatable acquired polyneuropathy and represents a significant number of initially undiagnosed neuropathy patients. This article reviews the common clinical, laboratory, and electrodiagnostic features of CIDP. In addition, current areas of uncertainty are discussed.Entities:
