[The carcinogenic action of n-nitroso-compounds fourth communication: n-nitroso-o,n-diethyl-hydroxylamine (author's transl)].

Abstract

N-Nitroso-O,N-Diethylhydroxylamine was given orally to male SD rats 100 mg/kg twice a week. 25 out of 28 evaluable animals developped after 276 plus or minus 15 days multiple carcinoma of paranasal sinus, lung and stomach.
