Abstract
Primary erythromelalgia is a rare condition, which is characterised by redness, burning pain, and increased temperature of the extremities. We describe a 6 year old boy with symptoms of erythromelalgia and the difficulty surrounding treatment of this condition. Severe pain responded to the use of regional anaesthetic blocks.Entities:
