Hyaluronidase inhibitory activity from the polyphenols in the fruit of blackberry (Rubus fruticosus B.).

Abstract

The hyaluronidase inhibitory activity of different fractions obtained from aqueous extract of blackberry fruits was evaluated. We found that only fractions F3 and F7 inhibit the tested enzyme. Copyright 2002 Elsevier Science B.V.
