Jeffrey A Clark1, Barron R B Bremner.

Abstract

Skin necrosis associated with warfarin anticoagulation is a rare but serious complication. Few cases of warfarin-induced skin necrosis are found in the orthopaedic literature. We report a fatal case of warfarin-induced skin necrosis after total hip arthroplasty. Copyright 2002, Elsevier Science (USA). All rights reserved.
