Abstract
We present the case of a 77-year-old man with recurrence of prostate adenocarcinoma and widespread skeletal lesions. The skeletal lesions were found to be caused by multiple myeloma rather than metastatic spread of prostate adenocarcinoma. Various aspects of the radiographic imaging, evaluation of elevated prostate-specific antigen, and treatment of prostate adenocarcinoma are discussed.Entities:
