Abstract
An outbreak of cutaneous larva migrans occurring in Naples, southern Italy, and involving 6 people is described. The infection was contracted in the area of Naples, through contact with material for dried floral arrangements most probably contaminated with dog or cat faeces. The factors that contributed to creating ideal conditions for the development and spread of this infection in this area are discussed.Entities:
