Abstract
A five-month old male with a single ventricle palliated with a bidirectional cavopulmonary anastomosis developed severe respiratory insufficiency from respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) pneumonitis. He was successfully rescued with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) therapy and recovered with minimal morbidity.Entities:
