Abstract
A case of pregnancy complicated by an abdominal aortic aneurysm was treated by abdominal hysterotomy and resection of the aneurysm. The patient had a subsequent pregnancy without complication. To our knowledge, this is the first reported case of pregnancy following abdominal aortic aneurysmectomy.Entities:
