Abstract
Vesicoureteral reflux and chronic pyelonephritis are usually associated with proteinuria of less than 1 gm. per 24 hours. When there is massive proteinuria an associated glomerulopathy is usually present. We describe a patient who had nephrotic syndrome with radiological evidence of ureterovesical reflux and histological evidence of chronic pyelonephritis without associated glomerulonephritis.Entities:
