Abstract
We describe two adult patients with poststreptococcal reactive arthritis (PSRA), both of whom concomitantly developed uveitis. These are the first two cases reported. Because uveitis may result in permanent damage to visual acuity, this complication should be widely recognised in patients with PSRA and antibiotic prophylaxis should be considered for those with recurrent streptococcal infection.Entities:
