Abstract
We describe an acromegalic patient who has developed both chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and a plasma cell dyscrasia. However, as the patient also has neuropathy, hyperhydrosis and other endocrine disorders, he appears to have an atypical form of POEMS syndrome.Entities:
