Abstract
Papillon-Lefevre Syndrome (PLS) is an inherited autosomal recessive disorder presenting with Palmar plantar Keratoderma and Juvenile Periodontitis leading to early loss of both the dentitions. Two cases of PLS in a family with a history of consanguineous descent are presented.Entities:
