Abstract
Advances in adhesive dentistry and technological developments using dental computer-aided design (CAD)/computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) systems have provided alternative esthetic restorations to conventional laboratory processed restorations. Restorative materials for CAD/CAM-generated restorations must be able to withstand the rigors of the milling process, while providing clinical longevity once cemented. The esthetic restorative materials currently available for use with the Cerec System provide dentists with ceramic and polymer options for inlays, onlays, veneers, and crowns.Entities:
